Ulu Jerai Hydroelectric Dam, Cameron Highlands
Ulu Jerai Hydroelectric Project is located in the state of Pahang, in the district of the Cameron Highlands about 140km north of Kuala Lumpur.
The main component of the project is the “Susu Dam” on the Bertam river. The dam, over 80m high has a volume of 800,000 cubic metres of RCC (roller compacted concrete), one of the most advance technologies used in dam construction.
Other main features include an underground powerhouse, 2 Francis turbines – each of 191 MW – and 26km of tunnels, which is excavated mainly by TBM. The installed capacity of the project is 382 MW.

OUR SCOPE OF WORKS:
Mainly rental of heavy equipment including hydraulic excavators, bulldozers, tipper trucks, vibratory rollers and other supporting machineries.
Rental includes skilled operators and experienced site supervisors to assist with the major earthworks in the project.
